Job summary

The University Risk Office at Australian National University is seeking an experienced Manager, Risk to lead enterprise risk initiatives and embed robust risk management across ANU. The role will partner with senior leaders, risk and control owners, and governance committees to strengthen risk ownership and inform decision-making.

You will deliver analysis and reporting on strategic, operational and emerging risks, shaping ANU’s risk framework in a complex, dynamic environment.

Salary package:$ 141,637 - $ 148,403 per annum plus 17% Superannuation

Position overview

The University Risk Office is seeking experienced risk professionals to join the team as Manager, Risk and help embed effective risk management across ANU.

The Manager, Risk will lead enterprise risk initiatives and provide high-quality advice, analysis and reporting on strategic, operational and emerging risks. Working across the University, the role will partner with senior leaders, risk and control owners, and governance committees to strengthen risk ownership, support informed decision-making and build organisational risk capability.
