• Lead strategic communication and engagement initiatives across multiple projects, delivering timely, high-quality outcomes that align with divisional and organisational goals.
• Provide strategic communications and engagement leadership across project teams, ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach to stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
• Influence project outcomes by providing high-quality advice on communications, stakeholder engagement, emerging issues and reputational risk.
• Proven ability to drive communication, engagement and stakeholder outcomes in large, complex and evolving environments.
• Design and deliver impactful engagement programs, workshops and consultations that meet stakeholder needs.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and deliver informed recommendations.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, complex environments.

VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
