About VIDA Health

VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator, Delivery to join VIDA Health.

Key aspects of the role include:
  • Providing high-level administrative, coordination and executive support to divisional leaders and teams.
  • Coordinating meetings, committees and working groups, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions to completion.
  • Managing divisional systems, reporting, records and workflows while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Preparing, proofreading and coordinating presentations, reports, briefs and correspondence to a high standard.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders while supporting collaboration, information sharing and effective team operations.
We are looking for:
  • A highly organised administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across multiple diverse stakeholder group.
  • Someone who can manage competing priorities, work autonomously and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience providing administrative, executive support, coordination and/or secretariat services in a complex environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service and support.
