As the Manager, Productivity & Performance (MSP), you will drive governance, performance oversight, and assurance across the Major Service Provider (MSP), ensuring projects, contracts, and suppliers deliver against agreed outcomes.
You will provide critical performance insights, coordinate governance and compliance activities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support effective decision-making, accountability, and operational excellence.
This is an opportunity to influence strategic outcomes while fostering consistent, compliant, and measurable service delivery.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity and can be based out of any major city across Australia. Remote working arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The successful candidate must hold a Baseline security clearance or higher.
All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance.
