Job summary

The Australian College of Nursing (ACN) is seeking a Manager of Operations (Education) to lead the Education Division's operations, including Student Management Services, and to partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery. This leadership role reports to the National Director Education.

Qualifications include tertiary management/business credentials or equivalent experience, strong digital literacy, and a proven track record in education operations and program

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Management, Business, or a related discipline, and/or significant relevant experience in education operations or management.
• Experience managing education programs, projects and/or teams within higher education, vocational education, or comparable environments.
• Experience working with/managing Student Management Systems and other education technology platforms.
• Ability to gather, analyse, validate and document business requirements and translate these into effective operational solutions
• Demonstrated a track record in delivering improvements across the student lifecycle.
• High-level digital literacy and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 and relevant education management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with academic, professional and external stakeholders and build effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• The Manager of Operations (Education) is responsible for the efficient delivery of the Education Divisions operations including but not limited to Student Management Services.
• The Manager of Operations (Education) works with stakeholders to identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed ACN products and services and manages the business impact to improve service delivery.

Job Description
