Technology, cyber, data, AI, operational resilience and regulatory expectations are increasingly interconnected. As Manager, Operational Risk, you will play a key role in strengthening risk management across IAG's Technology and Operations division and supporting informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
Working within the Line 1 Risk function, you will lead a team of risk professionals and partner closely with senior technology and operational leaders to improve risk practices, strengthen control oversight and provide insight into the division's most significant risks and opportunities.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of risk domains including technology, information security, data, AI, operational resilience and regulatory compliance, while providing the opportunity to shape how risk management evolves in a large and complex environment.
This role sits at the centre of several important priorities for the organisation, including technology transformation, cyber resilience, operational resilience, data governance and evolving regulatory expectations. It provides the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic decisions and influence the maturity of risk management practices across a large and complex division.
The role is well suited to someone who enjoys operating across multiple risk disciplines, is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and is motivated by improving outcomes through practical and effective risk management.
