A$125,191.00 / yr – A$135,504.00 / yr

Department: School of Mathematics and Statistics
Salary: UoM 8: $125,191 – $135,504 p.a. plus 17% super

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative leadership: oversee MSLC operations, aligning with the school's education strategy and university‑wide initiatives.
  • Manage educational systems and processes: implement and evaluate programs, technologies, and systems to support large‑scale mathematics and statistics teaching.
  • Foster inclusive learning: develop initiatives to improve student equity, accessibility, and learning outcomes for diverse cohorts.
  • Lead professional development: supervise and mentor staff, manage tutor recruitment and training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • This is a professional staff managerial position and does not include any direct classroom teaching.
Qualifications
