Formación

• Must have strong financial modelling skills in professional services.
• Significant experience in Deal Advisory, Business Enterprise Valuation and/or Corporate Finance.
• Sound accounting knowledge and understanding of Accounting Standards.
• Analytical mindset focused on business structuring and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to coach others.
• Interest in business development and client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain complex financial models (M&A, LBO, Project Finance).
• Analyse historical data, forecast performance and evaluate opportunities.
• Prepare investment and execution feasibility studies and business cases.
• Create presentations explaining financial implications and strategy.
• Provide guidance and growth support to junior team members.
• Collaborate with Advisory to identify new business opportunities.
