What do I need?

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated expertise managing high-risk customer reviews, Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) processes and complex financial crime investigations.
  • Significant experience in Financial Crime, AML/CTF, Compliance, Risk, Investigations or a related financial services discipline.
  • Strong understanding of AML/CTF obligations, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption frameworks, customer risk management and financial crime controls.
  • Experience preparing high-quality risk assessments, investigation reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.

Highly regarded:

  • ACAMS, ICA or similar Financial Crime certifications.
  • Experience within Pacific markets or emerging market banking environments.
  • Exposure to financial crime technologies such as NetReveal or similar platforms.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in banking, finance, law, business or a related discipline.
