We are seeking a commercially astute and operationally focused finance leader to join our Asset Finance team as Manager Finance Business Partnering - Eastern Pilbara (Newman and Jimblebar).
This is a critical leadership role that acts as the finance leader and trusted advisor to the General Manager and Site Leadership Team, driving value creation, financial discipline and operational performance. As the "CFO" of the operation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, influencing decision making and ensuring resources are allocated to maximise value for the business.
You will lead a team of Finance Business Partners and work closely with operational and functional leaders to deliver financial plans, challenge performance, strengthen cost discipline and identify opportunities to improve productivity and financial outcomes.
