The Department of Customer Service in Sydney is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Partnering to lead strategic financial planning, performance analysis and governance for the organisation.
In this hybrid role with an in-office requirement 2 days a week at McKell, you will partner with senior executives, drive end-to-end budgeting and forecasting, provide insightful financial leadership, and mentor a high-performing finance team to deliver value across NSW government services.
This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior executives and be involved in end-to-end financial processes.
Lead the preparation of management reporting and analysis of organisation's financial performance to ensure senior leaders can effectively respond to changing circumstances and developments.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $154,231 base plus superannuation
