NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) is seeking a Manager, Engagement and Events to lead end-to-end engagement programs and large-scale events for Bradfield City Centre. Based in Penrith, you will travel to Bradfield and shape strategy with autonomy, managing a small team and driving stakeholder engagement across government, peak bodies and communities.

This is a unique opportunity to lead engagement and events for a landmark project from the ground up — shaping how government, industry and community experience Bradfield City Centre as it's built. As Manager, Engagement and Events, you'll have real autonomy to design the strategy and see the programs you build play out in real time.
Leading a high-performing team, you'll design and deliver innovative, targeted engagement programs that inform, involve and empower stakeholders to genuinely contribute to Bradfield City's future. You'll build and sustain relationships across all levels of government, peak bodies and community groups, develop and deliver events that engage all sections of the develop and deliver events that engage all sections of the community, and manage the strategic use of the First Building Discovery Centre as a flagship space for connection and storytelling. Along the way, you'll drive continuous improvement, ,building the frameworks, tools and team capability that set the standard for public sector engagement excellence.
