Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Manager, Digital Communication and Service Management to lead the modernisation of critical communication and service management across the District. This role directs a multidisciplinary team and governs digital platforms including voice, paging and duress, delivering outcomes for clinicians, staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, telecommunications or digital communications, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in voice, paging and critical communication technologies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing partnerships.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating across clinical and business environments.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1/P2 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and continuous improvement of digital communication platforms.
• Oversee voice, paging and duress services and platform administration.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs and service transition with vendors.
• Provide leadership across service desk integration and governance.
• Foster accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
