Job summary

Interactive is seeking a Manager Cyber Strategy & Risk to lead our cyber security consulting and GRC practice from Melbourne or Sydney. You will partner with clients to strengthen resilience, manage risk and meet regulatory obligations while guiding a high-performing team and engaging across sales, pre-sales and delivery.

The role focuses on strategic direction, customer engagement, and growth within an MSP-style environment, offering opportunities to shape security programs and client journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber security consulting engagements in a multi-customer environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to simplify complex security concepts.
• Experience delivering customer-facing security services and presentations.
• Familiarity with cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF and Essential Eight.

As our Manager Cyber Strategy & Risk, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and managing the strategic direction, operations, and growth of our cyber security consulting and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practice. You will partner with customers to strengthen their cyber resilience, manage risk, and meet evolving regulatory obligations. What we’re looking for:

• Experience leading cyber security consulting engagements, ideally in an MSP or multi-customer environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex security concepts.
• Experience delivering services in customer-facing roles, including crafting and delivering presentations.Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF and/or Essential Eight.
• Certifications in CISSP, CISM or CRISC are desirable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated thought leadership within the cyber security industry would also be highly beneficial.
