Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking an experienced Manager of Cyber Security Operations in Sydney to lead our cyber defence across IT and OT environments. You will own incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management and the ongoing maturity of security operations.

Reporting to the CISO, this role combines operational leadership with strategic planning to strengthen GrainCorp's cyber security posture and resilience. Hybrid work options and leadership development are part of the offering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber security operations or incident response.
• Knowledge of threat detection and response, vulnerability management, cloud security, identity security and security automation.
• Experience leading managed security providers and strategic partners.

• Experience in OT environments is highly regarded.

We are seeking an experienced Manager Cyber Security Operations to own and continually strengthen GrainCorp's cyber defence capability.

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), this role owns GrainCorp's operational cyber security posture across enterprise and operational technology (OT) environments. You will lead cyber operations, incident response, threat detection and response, vulnerability and exposure management, and the ongoing maturity of our cyber security operations capabilities.

This role combines operational leadership with planning and continuous improvement, helping shape the future direction and maturity of GrainCorp's cyber security capability.

What You Will Do

• Lead cyber security operations across IT and OT environments.

About Your Experience:

• Experience leading cyber security operations, cyber defence or incident response functions.
• Strong knowledge of modern cyber security disciplines including threat detection and response, vulnerability and exposure management, cloud security, identity security and security automation.
• Experience leading managed security providers and strategic partners.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• The ability to balance operational delivery with continuous improvement.
• Experience in critical infrastructure, industrial or OT environments will be highly regarded.
