This is an 18-month max term opportunity where you’ll help strengthen credit decision quality across our Business and Wealth portfolios by leading independent hindsight reviews of credit decisions. As part of a broader investment in additional oversight and assurance across Business and Wealth, you’ll assess how credit policies and Credit Approval Authority requirements have been applied, provide clear and constructive feedback, and turn review findings into practical insights that improve credit risk management.
You’ll work closely with credit decision makers and key stakeholders, sharing insights that help identify emerging themes, recurring issues and opportunities to strengthen risk management capability across the business. This is a full-time role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with no expectation to work outside your agreed schedule. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
