nbn is seeking a capable Manager Commercial Services to lead the commercial management of its Fixed Wireless network—overseeing tower sharing, site access and colocation and guiding a high-performing team. You will negotiate key agreements and partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology and Operations to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Manager Commercial Services reporting to the Executive Manager Asset Carrier and Commercial - Fixed Wireless Network Delivery.

A bit about your role

As Manager Commercial Services, you will play a pivotal role in enabling nbn’s Fixed Wireless network by leading the commercial management of tower sharing, site access and colocation arrangements. You will guide a high-performing team, balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved while supporting broader business objectives. Working closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology and Operations, you will lead the development and negotiation of key commercial agreements, including the new Master Facilities Access Agreement for carrier access to nbn fixed wireless towers.

In this highly collaborative role, you will provide trusted commercial advice, lead complex negotiations, resolve escalated issues and influence decisions that support network growth, resilience and customer outcomes. You will also champion the successful implementation of a new Tower Management System, partnering across the business to shape requirements, improve processes and embed sustainable ways of working. Your ability to build strong relationships, navigate complexity and create alignment across diverse stakeholders will be essential in driving positive outcomes and ensuring commercial practices remain effective, compliant and future-focused.

An ideal candidate is an experienced commercial leader who brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to complex challenges. With a background in commercial negotiations, contract management and financial decision-making, you are confident operating in dynamic environments where balancing risk, stakeholder needs and business outcomes is critical. You enjoy bringing people together, fostering collaboration and creating clarity when navigating competing priorities.

You have experience leading and developing teams, empowering others to succeed while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and continuous improvement. Your ability to build trusted relationships, communicate with influence and negotiate positive outcomes allows you to work effectively across a broad range of stakeholders. Experience negotiating facilities access and site sharing agreements, coupled with strong commercial problem-solving capability, will position you for success in this role.
