Omnia Community Health is seeking an experienced Manager Client Access to shape the organisation-wide intake function across multiple sites in Victoria. You will lead the integrated Client Access model, ensuring timely, equitable access to health and community services while championing person-centred care and health equity.

Reporting to the Executive Director People and Corporate, you will oversee Reception, General Intake and NDIS Intake, drive workforce capability, governance and executive

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in client access, intake, reception, service coordination.
• Experience leading operational and service improvement initiatives.
• Proven performance management and change management capabilities.
• Ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Commitment to person-centred practice and health equity.
• Tertiary qualifications in health, management or business favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the integrated Client Access operating model.
• Drive service excellence across Reception, General Intake and NDIS Intake.
• Strengthen partnerships between Client Access and Service Delivery.
• Monitor performance, demand, capacity and client experience measures.
• Oversee people leadership, quality, risk, compliance and continuity.
