Job summary

UNIQLO Australia is recruiting new graduates as UNIQLO Management Candidates (UMC). You’ll start in one of our stores with the goal of becoming a Store Manager within 12 months, supported by hands-on training in customer service, team leadership, scheduling, visual merchandising and inventory control.

Successful UMCs progress to Senior Store Manager and beyond, with opportunities to relocate and take on roles across states and potentially at the Melbourne Store Support Centre or global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) and graduation between Jun 2025 and Jan 2027.
• Willingness to relocate across Australia at program start.
• Flexible to work store hours including evenings and public holidays.
• Citizenship or permanent residency in Australia or NZ.

Responsibilities

• Join UNIQLO stores as UMC and work toward Store Manager within 12 months.
• Learn core retail management skills and supervise a team.
• Create schedules, manage store operations, and drive sales.
• Progress to Senior Store Manager, Area Manager, then General Ops roles.
