Job summary

UNIQLO Australia is seeking a Store Associate [Casual] to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the UNIQLO brand on the shop floor. You will greet customers, maintain cleanliness, assist at checkouts and fitting rooms, and help with deliveries and stock organisation.

The role requires ability to communicate with diverse customers, stay organized under time pressure, and follow procedures to ensure smooth store operations. A reliable transport option is preferred for varied shifts.

The Role:

The Store Associates [Casual] is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will require you to be rostered across a variety of shifts including late night trading, weekends, and public holidays.

[Friday]- 08:30 - 17:00 / 12:30 - 21:30

[Saturday]-08:30 - 17:00 / 09:30 - 18:00

[Sunday]- 09:30-18:00

Please note that it is essential to have your own form of reliable transportation due to early/late hours of work.
