Suncorp Group is seeking a highly capable Management Assistant to join the Performance & Disaster Management team in Consumer Insurance, based in Brisbane. You will provide high‑level administrative support to senior leaders and help keep priorities on track.

This role requires proactive diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, reporting, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners to enable efficient operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience in administration or executive support.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a busy corporate environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs highly regarded.

• Proactively manage complex diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules for senior leaders.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, strategy sessions and team events, including logistics, catering and venue arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, track actions and support follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, organisational charts and business communications.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, business continuity updates and people administration processes.
• Process invoices, corporate card reconciliations and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners to support day‑to‑day operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and contribute to a high‑performing team culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders, providing high-level administrative support while helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a fast‑paced business area. You'll be a trusted advisor and coordinator, keeping priorities on track, supporting key business activities and enabling leaders to focus on delivering great outcomes for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Management Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive support to the Executive Manager, Performance & Insights (Claims & Product) and the broader leadership team. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping the team organised, connected and operating effectively.

You'll

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic corporate environment, thrives on organisation and takes pride in delivering exceptional support to senior stakeholders.

You'll Have

• At least 3 years' experience in an administration, executive support, management assistant or similar role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders within a busy corporate environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs will be highly regarded.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• The ability to build effective relationships and confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
