YWCA Canberra is seeking a highly capable Management Accountant to partner with leaders across our diverse operations in the ACT, including Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Care, Affordable Housing, Community Services, Training, and Corporate Services.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Finance & Corporate Services, this role provides accurate, timely financial information to support decision making and strengthen planning, performance monitoring and accountability.

Qualifikationen

• Five years' experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience supporting external audit processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and ACNC reporting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate annual budgeting process and reviews across all business units.
• Prepare forecasts, scenario modelling and performance analysis.
• Develop monthly management reports for leadership and Board.
• Provide financial modelling for projects and funding applications.
• Support reporting automation and dashboards.
