Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a part-time Management Accountant for the Home Care and Independent Living portfolios, based in St Leonards, NSW. The role demands month-end and year-end accounting, budgeting, and statutory reporting, with potential for future leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
• Budgeting, forecasting and benchmarking.
• Manage GL journals, allocations and reconciliations.
• Coordinate annual Budget and Forecasting with Business Managers.
• Assist auditors during the audit process.

In the future this position may have direct report(s). **This is part-time position 3 days per week, based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.** **How you’ll make an impact:** * Ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and end of year reports* Identify and act on improvements in current procedures to enhance efficiency and timely presentation of reports* Preparing regulatory reporting (eg.
