Qualifications

• High level customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills with clients.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals.
• Experience with mammography and knowledge of quality assurance desirable.
• Willing to obtain Certificate of Clinical Proficiency in Mammography within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mammography for screening and diagnostic services with high image quality and patient comfort.
• Maintain clinical standards and follow accreditation and operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, protecting privacy and responding to concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records across RIS/PACS and BIS; support service targets and quality improvement.
• Share knowledge and assist with staff orientation and training.
