Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Medical Diagnostic Radiographer (Level 3 Grade 1) for a permanent full-time role at Westmead Hospital and Western Sydney Breast Screen Clinics. You will deliver advanced mammography services within a specialist breast imaging service, leading quality standards and mentoring colleagues.

You will contribute to breast cancer screening and early detection, while maintaining high clinical excellence, safety, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• A Diagnostic Radiography qualification or equivalent.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner.
• A current NSW EPA Radiation Licence IA14.
• A Certificate of Clinical Proficiency in Mammography (CPM/CCPM), as required for the role.
• Knowledge of mammography equipment and quality assurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, specialised mammography services.
• Champion quality assurance and equipment testing per standards.
• Provide exceptional patient care and explain procedures clearly.
