Job summary

CAE Inc. in Bankstown seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of Simulator Technicians, ensuring maintenance and supply support for training devices across sites. You will manage rosters, training, and delivery within cost/time/quality constraints. Australian citizenship and Defence clearance eligibility are essential, and on-site work five days a week is expected.

You will drive maintenance efficiency, support budgets, and uphold CAE’s safety and quality standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team.
• Experience in a technician or maintenance related role.
• Experience in aviation/defence industries preferred.
• Able to obtain/maintain Australian Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizen).
• On-site work five days a week in Bankstown (9am–5pm or as needed).
