Job summary

Witron Service Australia Pty Ltd in Redbank, Queensland is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our brand-new distribution centre. The role offers permanent, full-time employment with rotating shifts and opportunities to grow within a world-leading automation company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of new or refurbished components.
• Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately.

• With more than 7,000 employees worldwide, we partner with our customers to deliver highly automated logistic systems. From planning to realization and ongoing maintenance and operation, we do it all!

Location

• Based at our first Australian site in Redbank, Queensland this role will see you join our team of Mechanical Technicians within our brand-new and fully climate controlled distribution center.

We are now looking for passionate and energetic Maintenance Technicians for our shift Maintenance Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our technicians work rotating shift work 5.00am to 2.30pm & 2.00pm to 11.00pm (including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays).

About you:

• A commitment to safety in the workplace
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures.

Meet the physical requirements including:

• Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
• Working at heights of up to 30 metres (wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE)
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25kgs unassisted

Your new role:

• Participate in a broad array of mechanical tasks (Reactive Maintenance/Preventative Maintenance and Planned Repairs)
