WITRON Logistik + Informatik GmbH in Redbank, Queensland, is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our brand-new climate-controlled distribution center. This permanent, full-time role is part of our shift maintenance team with rotating shifts 5:00am–2:30pm and 2:00pm–11:00pm.

You will perform reactive and preventive maintenance, diagnose faults on motors, gears, conveyors, and assist with installations, while keeping accurate maintenance records.

• Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately.

Location

• Based at our first Australian site in Redbank, Queensland this role will see you join our team of Mechanical Technicians within our brand-new and fully climate controlled distribution center.-> Watch our Video Here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDCpTmgCv8c <-

We are now looking for passionate and energeticMaintenance Technicians for our shift Maintenance Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our technicians work rotating shift work 5.00am to 2.30pm & 2.00pm to 11.00pm (including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays).

About you:

• A commitment to safety in the workplace
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures.

Meet the physical requirements including:

• Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
• Working at heights of up to 30 metres (wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE)
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25kgs unassisted

Your new role:

• Participate in a broad array of mechanical tasks (Reactive Maintenance/Preventative Maintenance and Planned Repairs)
• Fault Finding and Rectification of Mechanical Components (motors/gears/Pulleys/Chain Conveyors etc)
• Assist in the installation of new or refurbished components
• Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately.
