The City of Perth is seeking a Maintenance Support Officer to coordinate maintenance across Council properties including the City’s CBD assets. You will manage service requests, support contractor oversight, and maintain records to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Based in a CBD location, this full-time, permanent role offers a salary of AU$91,923 to AU$97,346 plus super. You will work with a collaborative Facilities Management team focused on community service.

As the Maintenance Support Officer at the City of Perth, you will coordinate and process enquiries relating to planned, reactive and corrective maintenance across a diverse portfolio of City properties, including Council House, Perth Town Hall, the City of Perth Library and the City’s car parks.

Experience using building and maintenance management systems, access-control or surveillance systems, or working within local government would be highly regarded.
You must also be available to participate in an on-call roster, including after-hours, weekend and public holiday coverage, to meet operational requirements.
