Job summary

Sonder Executive in Sydney is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader to take ownership of the site's maintenance function, working with the Site Manager and leadership team to drive reliability and operational performance in a busy FMCG manufacturing site. The role requires proven experience supervising maintenance teams in food, FMCG or manufacturing, strong fault-finding, planning and stakeholder management, and a practical, visible leadership style. This is an on-site role based in Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site maintenance team.

• Drive equipment reliability, uptime and continuous improvement.
• Manage contractors and external maintenance providers.
• Support shutdown planning and maintenance projects.
• Ensure strong safety and maintenance standards across the site.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this role is responsible for leading the maintenance function, coordinating day‑to‑day activities and supporting the reliability of a busy manufacturing operation.
