Irwin’s Plumbing is expanding on the Sunshine Coast and seeking experienced Residential Maintenance Plumbers. You will diagnose problems, provide professional solutions, and complete high-quality work with a supportive office team handling bookings and customer support.

Earn $55–$70 per hour plus super, with weekly performance bonuses and consistent residential work. Take-home ute, fuel card, iPad and uniforms are provided, along with ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

You’ll receive a strong hourly base, weekly performance bonuses, flexible working hours, a fully maintained take-home ute and consistent pre-booked residential work.

Our dedicated office team coordinates your bookings, scheduling and customer support—allowing you to focus on diagnosing problems, presenting professional solutions and completing quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential plumbing maintenance and fault finding
• Blocked drains and CCTV inspections
• Water leaks, fixtures and hot-water systems
• Emergency and reactive maintenance
• Diagnosing faults and clearly explaining your findings
• Presenting suitable repair, replacement and upgrade options
• Completing approved work to a high professional standard
• Delivering an excellent customer experience

Earnings, Equipment & Support

• $55–$70 per hour + Super, based on experience
