Job summary

RAE.CO PLUMBING is seeking a fully qualified plumber to join our Canberra team. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, carry out scheduled maintenance, and liaise with customers to provide professional solutions.

A current driver’s licence is required. We offer a high earning potential ($145K-$190K+ OTE) with bonuses and a company vehicle, plus ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified plumber with a minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance or repair.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate in a team.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues including blocked drains and leaks.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and preventative work to ensure plumbing systems operate smoothly.
• Liaise with customers to understand needs and provide professional plumbing solutions.
• Comply with codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work.
• Support the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including blocked drains, leaks, and damaged fixtures
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and preventative work to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice on plumbing solutions
• Comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed
• Support the wider team as needed to deliver exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For
