Job summary

Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL) in Gladstone is seeking a Supervisor - Maintenance Planning to lead the scheduling and coordination of refinery maintenance activities, ensuring resource productivity and production capability. You will provide governance across the Work Management Process, develop the maintenance planning team's capability, run KPI deep dives, and oversee budgets, forecasts and reporting.

The role is residential in Gladstone with strong relocation and private health insurance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Ability to provide governance across Work Management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with budgeting or financial forecasting for maintenance.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for refinery equipment and systems.
• Provide governance to the Work Management Process to standardise and improve practices.
• Develop the capability of the maintenance planning team and stakeholders through coaching and training.
• Lead KPI deep dives and drive improvements in maintenance performance.
• Oversee budget development, forecasting and reporting.
