Job summary

COSOL is seeking Maintenance Planners with experience in Fixed Plant and Heavy Mobile Equipment to support site-based roles in the Bowen Basin.

Ideal candidates will have mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent site-based experience, and 2+ years in maintenance planning within mining or resources, with proficiency in SAP, Pronto, Ellipse, or similar CMMS. A strong safety focus and ability to collaborate with reliability teams are essential.

• Strong collaboration and communication with reliability and maintenance teams.
• Solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems.
• Experience developing and tracking KPIs for asset performance.
• Ability to facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels.
• A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for fixed plant and mobile equipment.
• Coordinate with reliability and maintenance teams to optimise work orders.
• Facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels.
• Track and report KPIs for asset performance to drive improvements.
• Support shutdown planning and execution to minimise downtime.

About You

To be considered for current and future Maintenance Planning positions, we are looking for the following skills:
