COSOL is seeking Maintenance Planners with experience in Fixed Plant and Heavy Mobile Equipment to support site-based roles across the Bowen Basin.

Ideal candidates have mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent site-based experience, 2+ years in maintenance planning, and CMMS proficiency (SAP/Pronto/Ellipse). You will collaborate with reliability and maintenance teams, manage shutdown planning, and drive safety and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Trade qualification or significant site-based experience in mining maintenance.
• Minimum 2+ years in a maintenance planning role within mining/resources.
• Proficiency with SAP, Pronto, Ellipse or similar CMMS.
• Strong collaboration and communication with reliability and maintenance teams.
• Solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems.
• Experience developing and tracking asset KPIs for performance.
• Ability to facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels.
• Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage maintenance plans for fixed plant and mobile equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling and shutdown activities across maintenance teams.
• Liaise with reliability, operations and maintenance to optimize asset performance.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

About You

To be considered for current and future Maintenance Planning positions, we are looking for the following skills:

• Mechanical trade qualifications or significant site-based experience
