Job summary

Mineral Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the Ancil Workshop team at Onslow TMF for a 6-month secondment. You will coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution readiness, managing the Week +1 to Week +4 schedule and CMMS data accuracy.

The role requires strong planning discipline, collaboration with workshop supervision, operations, and supplier partners, and proficiency with Pronto CMMS, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in mining or heavy industry.
• Ability to balance planned work with changing priorities and resource constraints.
• Strong data quality and accuracy in CMMS records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and issue Week +1 to Week +4 maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate labour, parts, tooling and equipment for planned work.
• Review rosters and identify resourcing gaps.
• Maintain schedule accuracy with priorities and deferrals.
• Process P3 JPS and manage work orders; daily SMU updates.
• Maintain CMMS data, including service intervals and asset info.
• Prepare work packs and stage parts and equipment.
• Participate in daily execution meetings and pre-start requirements.
• Monitor planned maintenance compliance and oil sampling.
• Coordinate transport requests for major components.
• Prepare work management and KPI reporting.
• Upload maintenance documentation to SharePoint.
