Job description

Plan the work that keeps our plant running. As our Maintenance Planner, you'll own the planning and scheduling of all maintenance across site – electrical, mechanical and contractor work – from weekly plans through to major shutdowns, keeping our clinker kilns, mills and cement processing facilities operating safely and efficiently. This isn't about managing lists – you'll build robust plans, solve real challenges, collaborate with high-performing teams, and see the direct impact of your work on plant performance and safety. Ready to make your mark?

  • Collaborate with Reliability Engineers, team leaders, and Area Coordinators to develop detailed work scopes, delivery plans, and cost forecasts for major projects.
  • Champion continuous improvement - challenge the status quo and drive ideas to enhance plant, process, and people performance.
