Job summary

AAMG is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Planner to join our on-site maintenance team. This role focuses on developing structured maintenance plans for a diverse heavy mobile equipment fleet to ensure work is scoped and ready for execution.

You should have a mechanical trade or engineering qualification and hands-on experience planning maintenance for CAT and Liebherr equipment in mining. JDE CMMS experience is highly regarded, with strong organizational and stakeholder engagement

• Significant maintenance planning experience for Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• Experience planning for CAT and Liebherr mining equipment; JDE CMMS knowledge helps.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term maintenance plans for Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• Plan preventative and scheduled maintenance activities across the mobile fleet.
• Review upcoming maintenance requirements and prepare work for execution.
• Maintain accurate planning information within the JDE CMMS.
• Work closely with maintenance supervisors, trades and operational stakeholders to maximise fleet availability.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning and work management processes.

AAMG is seeking an experienced HME/ Mobile Maintenance Planner to join our team. Flights from Brisbane.

AAMG is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Planner to join our client's on-site maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a planner with a strong Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) background to contribute to fleet reliability and maintenance excellence.

You’ll be responsible for developing structured maintenance plans that ensure upcoming work is accurately scoped, resourced and ready for execution across a diverse mobile fleet.

This role is ideal for candidates who have previously worked as a HME/Mobile Planner within a mining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term maintenance plans for Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• Plan preventative and scheduled maintenance activities across the mobile fleet.
• Review upcoming maintenance requirements and prepare work for execution.
• Maintain accurate planning information within the JDE CMMS.
• Work closely with maintenance supervisors, trades and operational stakeholders to maximise fleet availability.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning and work management processes.

About You

• A mechanical trade certificate and/or Mechanical Engineering qualification
• Strong maintenance planning experience across Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• Experience planning maintenance for CAT, Liebherr and ancillary mining equipment.
• JDE experience (highly regarded).
• Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
