Job summary

AAMG is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Planner to join our client's on-site planning team. You will develop structured maintenance plans across Heavy Mobile Equipment to ensure work is accurately scoped, resourced and ready for execution.

Ideal candidates have had HME/Mobile Planner roles in mining, with solid JDE CMMS experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A mechanical trade certificate and/or Mechanical Engineering qualification.
• Strong maintenance planning experience across Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• JDE experience (highly regarded).
• Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term maintenance plans for Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• Plan preventative and scheduled maintenance activities across the mobile fleet.
• Review upcoming maintenance requirements and prepare work for execution.
• Maintain accurate planning information within the JDE CMMS.
• Work closely with maintenance supervisors, trades and operational stakeholders to maximise fleet availability.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning and work management processes.
