Regis Aged Care in Australia is seeking a maintenance professional to keep facilities safe, well-maintained and running smoothly. You will perform day-to-day maintenance, preventative measures and react to issues, while supporting a positive resident experience.

Roles offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible shifts and a focus on safety, with ongoing training and development support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role.
• Applicable trade qualification (highly desirable).
• Practical skills across building, repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to manage priorities, work orders and respond to issues promptly.
• Understanding of safety, compliance and safe work practices.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair facilities to keep residents, staff and visitors safe and comfortable.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance and manage work orders.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure safe environment.

About The Role

Keep the home safe, well‑maintained and running smoothly through day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs. You’ll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, manage work orders and contractors, and ensure the environment remains safe, tidy and comfortable for residents, staff and visitors. You’ll also play an important role in supporting a positive resident experience.
