Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a maintenance assistant to support our aged care homes across Australia. You will help maintain presentation standards and assist residents with maintenance needs, performing a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, with a focus on detail and record keeping.

About the Role

You’ll take pride in the presentation of a well maintained home and join a team of dedicated and caring individuals that are enriching and celebrating residents’ lives every day. In this busy role you’ll:

• Use your can-do, collaborative approach to ensure the presentation of the home is of the highest standard.
• Enjoy the variety of working both inside and outside, the challenge of a multitude of different tasks and the opportunity of getting to know residents as you support them with their maintenance requirements.
• Have good attention to detail, the ability to co-ordinate the maintenance program and excellent record keeping in this interesting role where your general handy skills are highly valued.
