Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a part-time Maintenance Officer to deliver general upkeep of buildings and fixtures at our Parramatta & Western Suburbs Sydney location. You will coordinate contractors, monitor budgets, and uphold a safe, compliant environment for residents and staff.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience (min 2 years), knowledge of relevant legislation, and a valid driver’s licence. A pre-employment medical, police or NDIS checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on building maintenance experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role is expected.
• Experience in managing site budgets, work orders and requisitions.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and standards.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general maintenance and repairs of buildings and fittings.
• Inspect and coordinate statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise and coordinate site contractors.
• Ensure a safe, aesthetic, compliant environment for residents and staff.
• Maintain property including cleaning, painting, lighting, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Execute planned maintenance in line with the Maintenance Plan and budget.
