Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day general support across Interseed Ltd property, grounds, facilities and business units.
• Provide support for site works, building and construction projects, as required.
• Work alongside contractors engaged in installation and maintenance duties.
• Maintain buildings, fixtures, fittings and services in a serviceable and usable condition, in accordance with WHS guidelines.
• Deliver logistical and operational support to Interseed Ltd events, as directed.
• Operate with a high and consistent standard of service.

Carmichael Kids Early Learning Centre – Morayfield QLD

Interseed Ltd is a Christian not-for-profit that operates Carmicheal Kids, Carmichael Kindy, Carmichael OSHC and Creekside Cafe. These services are located in Morayfield on the Carmichael College campus.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer to support the services run by Interseed. As the Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities and grounds are secure, maintained, and presented to a high standard.

In this role you will be responsible for general maintenance, daily upkeep, minor repairs, garden maintenance and enhancements across the facilities, carparks and hard-stand areas. On any given day you will:

• Provide day-to-day general support across Interseed Ltd property, grounds, facilities and business units
• Provide support for site works, building and construction projects, as required
• Work alongside contractors engaged in installation and maintenance duties
• Maintain buildings, fixtures, fittings and services in a serviceable and usable condition, in accordance with WHS guidelines
