Job summary

Homestyle Aged Care is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Officer to join Rowville Manor. You will maintain and repair buildings, furniture and equipment to a high standard, supporting resident comfort.

This permanent full-time role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:06pm, with on-call duties, travel reimbursements and an hourly rate of $41.59 plus super and uniform allowance. Includes 17.5% annual leave loading.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining an aged care facility.
• Knowledge of building regulations related to aged care.
• Current police check, vaccination certificate and Victorian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, furniture and equipment to a high standard.
• Provide on-call duties as required.
• Handle travel reimbursements for site visits.

About the Role

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the buildings, furniture and equipment to a high standard, having regard for the comfort and wellbeing of the residents at Rowville Manor. This position includes on call duties as required and travel reimbursements.

Permanent Full-Time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:06pm.

Essential Requirements
