Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated maintenance assistant to help keep our homes well presented and welcoming. You will work with a supportive team to deliver high standards of care and comfort for residents.

You’ll assist with a range of maintenance tasks inside and outside the home, coordinate routine upkeep, and maintain accurate records. A can‑do attitude and reliability are essential to support residents and staff daily.

Qualifications

• Experience with general maintenance tasks is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with care staff and residents.
• Attention to detail to ensure the home is maintained to high standards.

• Support residents with maintenance tasks inside and outside the home.
