Estia Health is seeking a hands-on maintenance support team member to help keep our aged care homes well presented and safe across multiple states. You will work with a caring team to handle general maintenance tasks and small repairs, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You'll take pride in the presentation of a well maintained home and join a team of dedicated and caring individuals that are enriching and celebrating residents' lives every day. In this busy role you'll: Use your can-do, collaborative approach to ensure the presentation of the home is of the highest standard. Enjoy the variety of working both inside and outside, the challenge of a multitude of different tasks and the opportunity of getting to know residents as you support them with their maintenance requirements. Have good attention to detail, the ability to co-ordinate the maintenance program and excellent record keeping in this interesting role where your general handy skills are highly valued.
