Job summary

Blackall Range Care Group is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Not-for-Profit Aged Care team. You will handle maintenance, facilities and related tasks across RangeCare sites and client homes, contributing to safe and compliant living environments.

The role requires a trade qualification or relevant maintenance certification, a current driver’s licence, and the ability to travel between sites.Applicants must have full working rights in Australia; sponsorship is not available.

• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance, facilities, handyman or trade-related role with trade qualification or relevant maintenance certification.
• Ability to use a range of maintenance tools, equipment and technology.
• Current Drivers' Licence and ability to travel between RangeCare sites and client homes.

What We are Looking For

Must-haves:

• Ability to use a range of maintenance tools, equipment and technology;
• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance, facilities, handyman or trade-related role with trade qualification or relevant maintenance certification;
• Current Drivers' Licence and ability to travel between RangeCare sites and client homes.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of building compliance and facility management practices;
• Experience working within aged care, disability or community services;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
