Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Queensland-based team at Coral Sea Gardens (Westcourt). The role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, with on-site duties across our facilities.

About the opportunity

As a Maintenance Officer, you'll use your time management, organisational and communication skills to help achieve even more for all who need us. The main purpose of this role is to maintain regulatory, scheduled and reactive maintenance - you will be required to undertake a variety of maintenance tasks in a timely and highly competent manner. The position is responsible for the on-going repairs and preventative maintenance of building's, plant, equipment, furniture and efficient and effective contractor management.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check or NDIS Worker Clearance
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
