West HQ in Sydney is seeking a skilled Maintenance Handyman to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This hands-on role maintains venues, buildings and outdoor spaces to high standards.

You’ll perform preventative and reactive maintenance across the precinct, including repairs to interiors and exteriors, fixtures, furniture and equipment. Uniform and tools are supplied, with daily meals and staff benefits.

Formación

• Previous experience as Handyman or Maintenance role.
• Strong general maintenance and repair skills.
• Experience with painting and building maintenance.
• Ability to use maintenance tools safely.
• Physically capable to perform lifting and climbing.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage workload.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across the precinct.
• Complete general repairs to building interiors and exteriors.
• Repair, remodel and maintain timber, plaster, drywall, brick and concrete structures.
• Install and repair wall fixtures, fittings and hardware.
• Assemble and install furniture, shelving and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Move furniture and equipment across the precinct.
• Accurately complete maintenance records and work orders.
