Job summary

PGH Bricks Bringelly NSW is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for a full-time permanent role within our 24/7 manufacturing site. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will maintain plant reliability and ensure safe, efficient operation across the production line.

The role runs a Monday to Friday day shift roster with start times around 5:00am or 6:00am, offering an hourly rate from the Level 4 band plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Fitter on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and planned repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and equipment breakdowns.
• Support corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
